Yes thats the ONLY way to go! We have seen how some " inspectors " inspect. Our guy knows HOW to install windows so they don't leak. Our inspector met with our new builder and our inspector REALLY liked how this builder builds homes. He said this builder is one of the best he has seen... So maybe $165 per sq ft is fair? It just seems like a lot of money for Minnesota. Sheila Asleson - - >Well, I am trying to finish my house, I don't have granite >countertops, or hardwood floors, and I am coming in at 150 a square- Carondeen, Where do you live? Sheila Asleson - - - - >so sq ft would go up by >50% and that doesn't count the attic which is unfinished, just Barb, Are you saying the basement would be 1/2 sq ft of the $165 per sq ft? Cuz many people say we can finish off basement for 1/2 of what this new builder says it will cost? Thanks guys Sheila Asleson Minnesota
