I make sure and leave it in the blender until it is nice and smooth.

If I take it out to soon it's not near as good!

I remember at Mrs. Bishwit's site there were some suggestions as to

how to prepare it so it doesn't get grainy. Here is the tip from her

web site:

The trick with the snackin jello is that 1]the water needs to be

boiling [i put my 1 1/2 c. water in the microwave for 2 minutes]. 2]

mix the protein powder with the jello before adding the boiling water

to it. and 3]after pouring the boiling water into the jello/protein

mixture you MUST STIR it for a FULL 2 minutes so it has time to

disolve propperly. Then pour it into the blender with the rest of the

ingreidents.

It seems that a lot of people had that grainy texture problem the

first time they made it but then followed these tips and haven't had

any more problems.
