Guest guest
Has anyone had any luck with the Hydroxycut Ephedra Free Formula? I was taking BetaLean HP (with Ephedra) but after 6 weeks - I couldn't handle the mental side effects I was experiencing and had to quit. What about Xenadrine EFX or has anyone tried the new one EAS has called " ThermoDynmx " (sp?). I could prolly do this without fat burners but i have a trouble keeping my diet clean enough to " melt " the fat. I really shouldn't complain since I am 130# and 5'4 " but I still see " fat me " when I look in the mirror. Any suggestions about the fat burners would be welcome though! Guest guest
I am afraid of fat burners too. I hate being shaky and nervous. Sunshine Re: Fat Burners No help from me i'm afraid. I tried some fat burners once and got too shaky. I do pediatric phlebotomy so shakiness is not good for me. The parents hate it. debra > Has anyone had any luck with the Hydroxycut Ephedra Free Formula? Guest guest
<<I could prolly do this without fat burners but i have a trouble keeping my diet clean enough to " melt " the fat. You wont find what you are looking for in a pill - only the hard work of eating clean & exercising daily will get you the physique you think you want (and that is questionable if you have body image issues)Why do you think a thermogenic is the answer to what you see in your mirror? Its not willpower sold in a bottle. Only you can do this - you know what you have to do to attain your goals dont let your mindset control the you that you want to be! Eat to live but dont live to eat... <<joni>> *get to it! time waits for no woman!*
Guest guest
I do exercise daily - I can run four miles in about 30 minutes (not currently because I have done " something " to it that needs to be identified by an ortho - this is very discouraging) I bike 20-30 miles once a week, lift weights 3-4 days/week 45+ minutes of cardio 5- 6 days/week and while what I eat is not " perfectly authorized " my diet is the healthiest of anyone I know. Laziness is not an issue for me. I think my 22% body fat is all stored between my waist and my thighs. My main problem is an image issue that no amount of diet/exercise has eliminated. I usually try not to dwell on it too much because I find it bothers me less the more I ignore it and when I do dwell on it - I start down a slippery slope into self hate and pity. Neither of which I am sure you all will agree is very productive That is the long and the short of it anyway. I had just hoped someone else that posts here all the time had used hydroxycut and could tell me if I am wasting my money or not !!!! > <<I could prolly do this without fat burners but i have a trouble > keeping my diet clean enough to " melt " the fat. I had just hoped someone else that posts here all the time had used hydroxycut and could tell me if I am wasting my money or not !!!! > Other than health concerns, the biggest thing issue I have with pills (and I have tried them in the past) is that you alway shave to take them. They are a crutch more or less and I finally decided that I wanted to control myself and not be controlled by a pill or potion, etc. I've had better results with BFL and no pills than any other plan I've tried in the past. And I feel better mentally about myself because I have finally crossed the abyss and decided that I can do this, I can make good choices and be successful. I'm not saying if someone uses pills they aren't successful, this is onl my personal success story, etc. I have an image issue also. What I see in the mirror isn't necessarily what is there. Sometimes one minute I can be ecstactic that I'm fitting into my pants again, then minutes later see myself naked and think Oh god " it's horrible...don't look " <G>. It's something you have to conquer from within yourself. I've gotten so much better and have much more positive moments than down moments, but it is always going to be a struggle for me. Reward yourself for the good things you do, the times you stay on track, the days you get your workout in, the times you say no to the cheat food, etc. Give yourself a mental peptalk daily. One thing that really helped me change my opinion about myself is going to sound silly but 3 times a day I would make myself say something out loud that was good about me, or something good I had done for the day. Even it if was simple, like I got to work on time, etc. It slowly helped change the way I see myself and feel about myself. Colleen
Guest guest
Personally I don't currently use any of them. I have used Hydroxycut in the past but I found it was only a temporary fix and I realized I didn't want to have to take pills for the rest of my life. You can still get great results without them.
