Guest guest
Yes I think I'm the one and only lol, he isn't flavour of the month round these parts. Definitely eccentric, but once you cut through that O.K. My husband is completely uninspired because he just has that kind of manner. He is way pricier than Dr Heard. At the moment he is looking at getting us TDMSA AND TDALA and also the preservative free MB12 from Coastal I think??? We are on far less supps than before but more targeted and is doing really well now, probably would have been the same with any other DAN though. Guest guest
lol Steph "not much like a doctor" maybe that's my husbands problem with him. He will go along with new stuff, he just doesen't suggest it particularly. I found the spacing of supplements made a huge difference to , before he told me to do this I had been doing what I always did from day one, pretty much giving them all together. He does have good advice but yes it kind of has to be pulled out of him. Last time we seen him in York and for some reason I came away with the idea he may be somewhere on the spectrum. Guest guest
Well what I was doing in the morning he would have probio, colostrum, Taurine at 325mg, SNT, Vit C and Molybdennum, apparently they will all compete for receptor sites so he suggested spacing them throughout the day, which has been made a whole lot easier by the fact that we no longer do the ones that were shown to be unecessary after testing. He also suggested Selenium be given first of all, obviously I don't know the science but it really has made a very big difference. was on a whole lot more than Iv'e put up. I also prefer the Krill to the eye q I was using before, well thousands of Whales can't be wrong lol, sorry couldn't resist that. Guest guest
Go with a list of questions and be firm - he's a bit of a time filler (or maybe that's part of his schtick but you get more for your money with Dr H). That said, he doesn't mark up the supplements - TD DMPS is fairly priced as it glutathione. He's ok to get you started I would say, we saw him twice, the tests he recommended were good, he follows Buttar's protocol, he's actually not much like a doctor was my problem. And he didn't examine TOm at all which I thought was really odd. Perhaps he does now. He didn't give us anything other than good advice - although he is a fan of challenge testing which most now aren't. NOt necessarily at the front of the pack in terms of finding out about new things, but perhaps that's changed, you can let us know! Guest guest
That's interesting, we don't really space supps, just do half in the morning and half two hours before bed.
