The poop - Two type sof yeat at 4+ (highest) no good flora, gut like a seive, acidic stools, undigested fibres, 2 types of parasite.............

The OAT - yeast, deranged Krebs Cycle - lets just say, I beleived what I had read and life has never been quite the same again!
