Out of interest, why did you choose IWDL instead of Biolab? and what are the differences? I've got to do one or the other week after next.

Well the Americans are doing RBC minerals, you can get a panel done at Biolab and individuals. In the end I decided to go with the IWDL panel for £160, we get the bloods drawn next MOnday

In terms of testing accurately for zinc - I'm afraid its more blood work. The GSDL version was called elemental analysis (packed erythrocytes). I know biolab do a similar test, cos I rang them up to check what was avaialable - recent postings on cost etc. We were also suppost to do plasma zinc - but that was mixed up in the lab so not completed in the end. Don't know which is the most accurate - any blood experts out there?
