A good lymph massage twice a week if you can afford will do wonders. If you have a massage school in your community you can generally get a good lymph massage for around $15 to $20 dollars. There are many things you can do for yourself to help keep your lymphs moving and drained. If you have a mini trampoline, which is also called a re-bounder, will do wonders just bouncing on it 30 min twice daily. Then you can do manual massages in the shower and/or bath tub. If you want to call me and I can explain better over the telephone let me know and I will send you my telephone number. *****Make sure if you have a lymph massage to have it in the AM, then make sure you drink at least a gallon of fresh lemon and/or lime water throughout the day, as this helps to move the toxins out of your body. I also came home and did an organic coffee enema. DO NOT drink soda's or any caffeine.
