Guest guest Posted July 7, 2008 Report Share Posted July 7, 2008 Some time back I presented the siituation where a pt was dis enrolled from Clear Choice and Clear Choice was requesting a refund of the money they paid me and directed me to bill medicare for services that were provided almost a year earlier.We billed medicare and of course it was denied. Now they withheld the amount they were requesting form reimbursement from another pt I treated. Is all of this legal? Has anyone else had this happen?
