Guest guest
I mentioned before that Holford's book: 'Optimum Nutrition for the mind' is a very good and easy read. Autism/ADHD in there with quotes from CSB/McCandless and stuff on chelation in there, natural antidepressants and their protocols, insomnia, eating disorders and so on. Lots on fats and choline and neurotransmitters and generally worth reading - maybe in your local library as is a worldwide bestseller. It's basically a distillation of all the latest research that all the nutritionists trained at ION (Institute of Optimum Nutrition) use to treat diseases.
