Guest guest
Thanks for saying that. That is my opinion as well. He thinks he is really something, and just taking my case for charity or something. His name is Deaton, from Early, Ludgwick & Sweeney, out of New Haven, Ct. I made a big mistake in changing attorneys to a so called " mold expert. " Now he is not interested...to small for him. --- tigerpaw2c <tigerpaw2c@...> wrote: > Who is this attorney that seems to be so arrogant? > I'd like to have > his informaton so that I can keep it in my files. > > KC > > > > > > I guess I am one with one of those " frivolous mold > > lawsuits " After nearly ruining my health, and my > > financial security that I have worked for all my > > life, I guess I don't have much of a case. Hey send him the post about the people in CA who got a settlement of 22.6 million. Bob --------------------------------- Photos – Showcase holiday pictures in hardcover Photo Books. Guest guest
I did send him that mold verdict of 22 million in California based upon evidence from MRI. Plus I just send him this:' Maybe Parillo was only considering the physical damages to my condo unit. Also, I expected to ask to that and settle for a lower amount, which is usually the case I thought. I don't think much of the medical evidence was ever presented at that mediation. My doctor thinking that I had liver cancer when my tests were elevated at Whitehall, my pre-Whitehall MRI, and the MRI showing brain damage while I lived at Whitehall, the fact the mold was actually responsible for me being unable to work (although at the time I thought it was the HCV). What about all my symptoms while I was there: the constant infections, urinary tract infections every day, eye infections, ear infections, respiratory infections, vaginal lesions, the rashes, scalp lesions, swollen eyes, the vasculitis (open oozing sores on my legs), the numbness in my hands and legs, headaches, the fatique, the mini-strokes, the depression, anxiety, testing for MS, the heart mitro-valve problems, abnormal tests for liver cancer. I can't even think of all the problems I had. I was on 6 daily medications since I left there....now I am down to one a day. It has only been since moving out of the place that my head has been clear enough to put all the pieces together. You probably can't prove all these correlations, but doesn't this pattern of sickness and then recovery mean anything? The fear of liver cancer was only one fear, which I still have from being exposed to toxins like that. You can add bankruptcy to my fears now, that fact that I have to start over at my age after struggling all my life for financial security. The board was clearly responsible. I had to quit my 63K job with my summers off...I never would have quit that job. I was a single parent all my life with a deadbeat dad as an ex-husband (former major league ball player). I struggled to get a Masters degree while working full time, and supported my two sons on my own, getting my oldest a Masters degree. My younger son suffered from lyme disease, a learning disability, then was bombarded with toxins while living there, now a paranoid schizophrenic. It was the beginning of his downward spiral. It was a struggle to pull myself up to that position, only to have it all destroyed by that condo board. I loved living in RI, my business is still operating out of Newport, and after that I could not afford to live there any longer. It was much cheaper to rent in Florida, plus I needed the sun to recover, and to get out of all that mold and dampness. --- Bob <blue74730@...> wrote: > > > dottykalm <dottykalm@...> wrote: Thanks for > saying that.
