Hi Lorene,

We're just about to start td-dmps this week but I have been following

the ck2 list for quite a while.

You're not supposed to use gloves - may cause a reaction. Also you're

not supposed to use you're hands as you'll be getting some of the

dose (which can make you feel quite ill if you've got amalgams) and

also your son will then not get his full dose.

The idea is to put say five drops at a time out of the total dosage

on inner arm of child and (holding childs arm(s) by wrist) rub childs

inner arms together, or rub either inner arm to opposing inner thigh.

Probably are a few variations on this but these are the main

recommended ways to apply.

Mark

>>>I think your supposed to put the drops on, hold still - coz they are runny and fall off (can one really chelate a carpet LOL - not at this expense!!) and then with two fingers stuck in a shot glass, rub the dripping off cream in with the base of the glass - voila!

Sure sounds easy when you haven;t tried it yet LOLOLOL

I guess we could practice with some body lotion :)

Read you can also use glass to apply the drops, not sure how though!! If anyone finds out, I'd be much obliged.

Lorene, I don't think its crucial to do the td-dmps in the morning.

Plenty of people are reporting doing it at night without problems

(though some seem to be developing worse sleep problems). As I can't

see my son letting me do any of this procedure while he's awake, let

alone rubbing his arms together, it looks like it will have to be

another stealth approach for us while he's asleep.....

Good luck Lorene and Mark, keep us posted

Sharon

PS I think I read you can wash the td-dmps off after 30 mins, as its

supposed to be absorbed by then. Some people on CK2 were doing this

to prevent rashes.

Many thanks Sharon and Mark for your advice,

Lloyd did rub some of the drops last night so this seems to be the

best way to do this- His sleep was not affected at all, in fact he

seemed to have slept better.

It is early days as we have had 2 days only, but I am sure that he

tolerates the treatment well and I am very hopfeul as Lloyd is clearly

very well, clear, aware, want to speak and communicate, trying very

hard to repeat more complex forms of speech and just doing well at

school.

I am really hopeful and will post on the progress in 1-2 months time.

Best to all

Lorene
