Guest guest Posted April 16, 2003 Report Share Posted April 16, 2003 Hi ladies, Just a question for you all. I am getting back on track, but feel I need to approach it different this time. Last time around, I did weekly goals and wekly rewards for myself. But now since I am closer to my goal the scale weight still remains the same week after week sometimes, and the body fat is harder to get rid of. (My scale does weight and body fat measurements) that swhy I use it weekly. Anywho,I was thinking of only getting on the scale once a month. And having a bigger reward if it is met. That way I don't get deterred if it doesnt budge, but if I wait and only do it once a month, there should be changes. What do you guys think?
