, I am not sure if you are interested but that chive blossom vinegar

that was in my yankee swap box can be used in summer salads, dressings,

scrambled eggs, soups, mashed potatoes, marinades, anything that you might

put onions or chives in. I just thougt it was pretty neat stuf. LMK if

you ever try it.
