Hey..I am curious..when i am going to bed..are you just getting up? Do

you know your time difference over in New Zealand? I live in

Washington. Pacific time if that matters.

I am so sorry you have not felt good..but hang in there! What would a

challenge be if we did not get sick at least one friggin time during

it? I wish I lived in New Zealand! *sighs* ahhh..New Zealand...I think

I will go watch Lord of the Rings....

it even know... I mean, my user name is theotherphoenix, not just

....I want to be able to come back here next weekend and say that I

didn't eat ANYTHING but BFL meals for the whole week. Who's with

me? :)...

I am! I've been terrible about sticking to the nutrition plan, and while I

didn't miss a single w/o in between challenges, this month I've had two

out-of-town visitors, neither of which was inclined to go to the gym with

me, and I felt guilty if I went and left them sitting here. (I know,

excuses...)

Anyway, starting tomorrow, I'm going to jump on the accountability

bandwagon... so tonight I'll be posting my plans for tomorrow, and do the

same again tomorrow at the end of the day, including how well I stuck to it.

I applaud those ladies who have been doing this. I hope I can get consistent

about it. I really do want to get in shape!
