Guest guest Posted March 25, 2003 Report Share Posted March 25, 2003 My name is Myream. I joined this group in January and was supposed to start my first challange on Jan. 6 2003. Well I have decided that I will start my first challange today. When I got on the scale this morning I weighed 158 lb. I'm only 5'1 " and I know I don't have 58 lbs. worth of muscle. I have decided to to something about my physique today. I have read the BFL book cover to cover and I had followed the meal plan for a couple of weeks (I just never got around to exercising). I now I am much better prepared now than 3 months ago. Please wish me luck! I planned on using the Total Body Gym for my Weight training. Has anyone here ever used it? I would really appreciate some tips. By the way I have added some before pictures to the photo albums page. I'm in a file named MeiB Transformation.
