Guest guest
Just Hang in there. I also was a once a day eater and I almost never ate protein. Often I would starve all day and than at 4:oo I'd be starving and end up stuffing my face with anything and everything. Now I'm on C1W3D2 and I have gone down a size in my pants and lost 10 pounds of fat. I obviously have more to lose than you. I am 5'2 " and currently weigh 138. But I'm in Size 6 again and it feels good. I think your body is adjusting, buty once it realizes that you aren't going back to starving it it will let the weight come off. Maybe you can post some sample menus?? If you think the calories are too high, maybe go for smaller portions? I know in my first challenge, my scale didn't budge for awhile and for me my pants always get tighter at first...but then they get looser again. Hope this helps some. Guest guest
Hi i When I began I was in a similar spot that you are in except I am 5'4 " and weighed 115. I had no muscle and basically was what you'd call a skinny fat person. Go ahead and give BFL the full go. Don't be surprised if the scale doesn't move much or if it goes up instead of down. I now weigh 121 after nearly three years but have very little bodyfat. It is the transformation that is important, not what the scale says. Hope this helps.
