Guest guest
It sounds like we need to get after this. Instructions for Monaday morning January 12: 1- Go here: http://www.leg.state.or.us/findlegsltr/ and find out who your senator and rep. is for both your office AND home. 2- Call and tell them you are a chiropractor (and HOPEFULLY a member of the NEW, UNIFIED Oregon Chiropractic Association!) and a constituent and ask for a 30 minute appointment (but you'll take 15 minutes since it is late notice) for Thursday Jan. 15th to discuss health care-related issues. Make the appointment for sometime between 9-5 (earlier is better). 3- Be sure to ask to make sure that some other chiro has not ALREADY scheduled a meeting with them. If they have, then politely find out when it is and who the chiro is, and say that you will be joining that meeting and apologize for our slight disorganization. 4-Tell them to feel free to give your name and number to any/all other chiros who may call after you and try to schedule a meeting. 5- Invite them to lunch with us in the Galleria at 12 noon. 6- Repeat the above for every Senator and Rep. in your live/work district. I will call Monday for House Jim Weidner and Boquist and Senate Kim Thatcher and Larry , so if they are your reps do not worry. I have them covered.
