Need shoulder injury- neck problem articles

Hi,

I get to testify in court next week and have a patient who took a long time to heal from neck injuries while she remained at work.

She eventually had shoulder surgery for injuries which occurred in the accident.

The neck improved dramatically after she recovered from the surgery.

Anyone have a study explaining/ substantiating this?
