Having experienced the dictatorial effects of personality driven leadership, I'm totally in favor of a more consultative leadership role.  This in no way impugns Uncle Vern's integrity, which is by nature collaborative, but provides a potential check and balance which is of primary importance in democratic affairs.  Thank you, Lily, for stepping forward.  I favor both, and urge others to do as well.
