Hi there,

I'm from the UK. Just wondered if anyone knew how the dress sizes

relate - you talk of size 4 or 6 - we have 10, 12, 14 etc.

Am eating really clean and still doing the cardio 4 times a week.

Cannot wait to start weights and challenge 1 but have to wait 4 more

weeks because of my c-section.

Thanks,

Oh my gosh, I don't know. I imagine you could check out a site like

jcpenny.com or land's end and they should have a size chart. That

would give you an idea.

=======================

I wouldn't keep more than one size up...then maybe just the smaller

fitting ones in the bigger size. As far as my sizes went...I got

into a 6 and some 4's (by far mostly 6's)....gained the 10-13 pounds

back and now I wear a 6 and some 8's (by far mostly 6's)... I did

keep my smaller fitting 8's....The 10's went....If my cloths start

getting too tight then I start eating better. I have " decided " I

wear a 6...and by that is where I'll stay...lol...at least

this month.
