Hi all!

I just started using the DietPower software and had a question for

those of you who have used it; My goal is fat loss, do I want to bank

calories or comsume all that I have budgeted? I have been to

Hussman's site and calculated my BMR which is about the same as my

budgeted calories. I like the idea of saving some calories for my

free day but I want to make sure I'm consuming enough. Any help

would be appreciated.
