My office will be observing October 27th next year by relaxing at home. Lindekugel, DC "are you sleeping?" Brother , Brother . OK the serious stuff. Americans are killing themselves by not sleeping enough. Time Mag. Dec 17th has a nice article on recent research. Do not tell patients to read it, as the pages have a Plavix advert right next to it, but it is a good article to talk about health as part of your daily visit conversation.
