Guest guest Posted May 5, 2003 Report Share Posted May 5, 2003 Hello, I want to know what you guys think about this. Sometimes I end up not being able to complete my whole weight workout at one time. So I end up having to do half of it in the morning and then the other half later in the day. Like on the UBWO I would do chest, shoulders and back in the morning and then in the afternoon finish off with triceps and biceps. Will this hurt the effectiveness of the workout? And can anyone tell me more of why white rice isn't authorized? I love sticky rice. In the book Bill says that brown rice burns much slower than white rice... is this the only reason?
