Hello,

I want to know what you guys think about this. Sometimes I end up

not being able to complete my whole weight workout at one time. So

I end up having to do half of it in the morning and then the other

half later in the day. Like on the UBWO I would do chest, shoulders

and back in the morning and then in the afternoon finish off with

triceps and biceps. Will this hurt the effectiveness of the workout?

And can anyone tell me more of why white rice isn't authorized? I

love sticky rice. In the book Bill says that brown rice burns much

slower than white rice... is this the only reason?

Thanks in advance!

You guys are awesome and a wealth of information!

I wouldn't worry about splitting your workout up like you have to do;

the important thing is that it gets done. White rice is higher-

glycemic than brown and has little or no fiber.
