This is my first challenge and I haven't been lifting weights faithfully for a while before now, should I try to up my weights each time so that I can barely make my last set of 12 of the high point? Also, if I can't finish the set, should I drop the weight and finish the reps. with a lower weight, or just or on? Do I make sense? My main goal this challenge is fat loss.
