GOOD food like you said to me? You need to read what you wrote to me

a few hours ago! LOL you said I was burnin those good calories and my

metabolism was burnin it up..isn't that something like what you said

to me? Soooo...go read your own words funny gurl and you'll have your

answer I think! YOur body must be askin for more since you have hecka

muscle!!!! I don't think you have anything to worry bout...you

already look freakin fabulous! and I am sure you won't gain back

weight when you are truly hungry and your body is askin for more

food. LIke I said..I eat when I am hungry to fuel my body..and I am

truly hungry not just bored. And you are eatin because your body is

hungry not cause you are bored and not for pleasure sake..it's to

heal those hunger pains and give you energy you desperately need

right? Okay...I will agree with you I am very weird today!

I am just eating SOOO much. My portions are all outta whack. I feel like I am

" cheating " and I hate that. I did sooooo good for the first 11 weeks. UGH!!! Oh,

well........ sigh......

Thanks Tink! Well, my weight/size is not the issue really. I have made

tremendous progress on this program and this last couple of weeks, I have been

trying to look a bit more " cut " and I am afraid I will not acheive the look I

want without cutting my calories a bit, KWIM?? I am trying to get to 12-13%

bodyfat. :o) I am at about 14-15% right now. :o) And I am eating a lot more this

last week. I am craving more carbs and that is not like me. I have still not

eaten " junk " but I have certainly had more peanut butter than I need. LOL!!!

Just my opinion, so take it with a grain of salt. If you feel true

hunger and you go over your

calories a bit, then your body must need it. I know with myself, if I'm

craving something then

my body needs something that's in that food, some mineral or vitamen

etc.. So don't feel bad.

Also, how are you clothes fitting? Measurements? You might be gaining

muscle..WHOO HOO! :)

Sunshine,

Adding 25 minutes of cardio might be making you hungrier. Also the

more muscle you build, the more calories you burn so that could be it

also. As long as you are adding in authorized foods at your meals

and still sticking to plan, I'd try not to worry too much. Some weeks

my appetite is much less than other weeks.

If you increased your activity, you're naturally going to be hungrier and need

more calories. There's nothing freaky going on. That's like my whole approach:

move-eat, move-eat. :-)
