Guest guest
Super cool! So, what are you doing? BFL by the book? Modified BFL? How many calories, etc., blah blah blah? Batman Challenge - Four Week Stats & Pics Everybody has been posting their pictures and stats so I thought I may as well join in. I'm already fit, happy, and VERY prone to coasting on nutrition. Usually I see how much I can get away with, not how strict I can be. Then along came this 12 week body fat contest at the gym. I got all competitive and I've been kicking ass ever since! The first four weeks went fast. I honestly can't believe I've stayed focused this long. Batman would be proud. Oh! OH! You know what somebody said to me today? I was telling her all about how I want to have abs like Batman and she says, " You are aware that was a polyurethane suit, right. " It totally completely shut me up for a minute! LOL I'm down 7 pounds in 4 weeks and somehow winning the gym's body fat contest! height: 5'8 " weight: 146.5 to 139.5, -7 waist: 27.25 to 25.75, -1.5 abdomen: 28 3/4 to 27, -1.75 hips: 39.25 to 38.25, -1 thigh: 24 to 23, -1 chest: 36 to 35, -1 upper arm: 11.625 to 11.125, -.5 Calipers: 21.1 to 17.6%, -3.5% Omron: 23.7 to 20.9, -2.8% Biofitness: 20.2 to 18.0, -2.2% The new pictures are on my March Madness page (scroll down) http://skwigg.tripod.com/wow/id35.html . The play by play nonsense gets posted in my blog http://skwigg.tripod.com/blog/ . I'm really pleased with myself, and scared! My 'fear of success' thing is flaring up. That means I'm probably about to start eating pizza and ice cream for medicinal purposes. Doh! I'm such a psycho. Focus, focus...
Guest guest
Outstanding ! The changes are obvious--don't let the Joker (or the cadbury eggs or pizza, etc) distract you from your mission! > Everybody has been posting their pictures and stats so I thought I may as well join in. Guest guest
I'm not doing anything special, I just got my head together and quit goofing around. It's like 90% mental. I had to cut out free day, donut day, and Cadbury Egg carb portions. And (prepare to fall from your chairs) I'm not counting calories. I've made myself nuts too many times. Ooh, speaking of nuts, I'm eating a lot of those - almonds, peanut butter, macadamia nuts. I knew I was going to need a little more fat in my diet in order to eat less without feeling deprived. So, ratio-wise, what I'm doing is basically BFL if you weren't counting your flax or Udo's calories. Of course, Evil Trainer is still totally killing me in the gym. ;-) Batman Challenge - Four Week Stats & Pics Everybody has been posting their pictures and stats so I thought I may as well join in. Guest guest
, You look great! Congrats on the success. Your legs are slimming down and so is your stomach! So, if you're not counting calories, are you just decreasing your portion size that you would normally have? > Everybody has been posting their pictures and stats so I thought I may as well join in. Guest guest
Hi !! Congratulations so far...you are looking awesome and you are gonna kick 3%'s butt!! I love your website! It was sooo informative! I, too, have spent years getting my metabolism back on track after years of messing it up!! I have a question for you..in one of your pics you say you stopped doing creatine to lean up...was that an old picture or a recent one (big arms to lean, muscly arms pics)?? I just love your muscle definition in your pics from March Madness and am wondering if you are currently using Creatine or Betagen or something?? Girl, you are my inspiration...I think I'm as obsessed with your website and your plethora of info as you are with taking pics of your food!! LOL! Okay, I don't really think that but my BF does!!I think it's completely normal!! Anyway, thanks for any tips you can share with us!!
