Slowly making progress

Hi all -

I'm in Week 3 of my C1 - I started at 142 and weighed myself this

morning and am at 130! My husband started at 216 and is at 203! This

works!! We've been working out religiously and following the BFL

plan - 9 more weeks to go! My goal is to be 122 and fit and strong!

Thanks for all of your support - it's been a great help and I'm

learning alot. I'm going to post pics soon to see if there's any

progress - the hardest thing for me has been planning meals without

getting bored - but right now, I'm having tuna with apples and it is

delicious!

Keep those ideas coming and thanks again!

WOOT for your progress!! and that is coolness for your husband to do

this program with you! Wow...if only mine would! I know you will

totally make your goals by the end of your 12 weeks!
