newbie few Q's

Ok, lots of questions here, but basically want to see if it is normal

that i have been on plan for a week- legitimately did the excercises

and followed the food as much as possible (missed some meals b/c I

wasn't awake enough to even eat them all), and I am on my free day

now and I have not lost any weight. Aren't I supposed to at least

lose a pound or something?

I weigh about 155 and am 5'4 " , in decent shape w/ clothes on, but

would like to firm up and drop 15lbs.

I have no problem with the excercise - in fact, I work out less with

this program.

Also - the free day! I can barely enjoy it b/c I am thinking of all

the sabotage it might do. Anyway, please pass some helpful words of

wisdom so that I know it is not in vain.
