Guest guest
Have any of you ever noticed that of all the diets that are out there from the wacky to the ones that make sense - they all get more tv/press time than Bill's Plan? I mean - I have seen maybe 2 small articles in the last 3 years and one of those the dr (or whoever) that was talking about it said most people wouldn't be able to do the work and eat the way the plan requires? I think I even saw one statement that said Bill's plan wasn't " balanced " enough...?? I mean - yeah the workouts are hard - but any workout done right is hard - and the eating plan is so simple AND healthy even kids can follow it (with extra veggies and fruits and maybe not so much emphasis on low fat) With the Obesity rate around 60% in this country - why are all the Drs./groups that pitch these kinds of things still sticking to the low-fat, high carb " gold standard " that got all of us here in the first place?
