Guest guest Posted March 24, 2003 Report Share Posted March 24, 2003 I am in the 10th week of the challenge. I'm wondering what if any negative effects would extra lifting sessions have? I was thinking about doing both upper and lower body on the lifting days then doing cardio on the 4 other days (meaning doing cardio on my free day). Any thoughts?
