Great lower body workout this morning. Of course I missed the last

one so this one whupped my butt. I'm actually feeling a little

nauseous but I think it's more a case of bad eating yesterday than

too much workout today. I'm not going to strive for a perfect

week. I don't believe in perfect but I do believe in progressive.

So I'm going to shoot for a very progressive last week for C1 then

it's immediately on to C2.
