I use Udo's choice oil. I love it. It totally cured

pms,bloating,breast tenderness;fingernails grew long, hair look

lustrious and improved over all circulation. I get it at

the " vitimine shoppe " it is in the referigerator. (?) And has an

expriation date. But there is no problem using it up. It is a 20

ounce bottle I put it in my shakes. You can use it on salads what

ever you want. But should not be cooked with.

The ingredients are:flax oil,sunflower oil, medium chain

triglycerides, rice germ,bran oil,oat germ and bran oil,evening

primrose oil, (13mg Gla per tablespoon),soy lecithin, (gmo free),

tocotrienol.

I don't know exactly what your looking for but I got this to

improve circulation and to get essential fatty acids. I used to take

fish oil. Which some people have serious yuck taste problems.

Thanks, , I'm afraid I might not be able to brave eating oil

that isn't in capsule form. I'm happy to eat all this other weird

stuff but don't know if I'm " man " enough to mix oil into my shakes,

etc. Sorta grosses me out. Natural PB is about all I can stand in

an " as is " condition. You folks who can do this oil thing really

impress me. BFL success will surely be yours if you can do this.

It actually is not gross. But I know what you mean. I used to take

a multi-oil capsule. It was good, but I would swear that the Udo's

changed my life.

I started to get pms stuff; ie bloating, brest tenderness,

heaviness, felt like I was nursing again. So I was unwilling to put

up with it,since I never had it before 38 yrs. Udo's turned back

time. Alright I won't try to sell you on it, but it is great.

You can suceede with out taking the 'oil',

I just bought some of the flax seed supplements...it was a weak moment in the

grocery store...I did take one today...what is it suppose to do for me again?

Did you get the capsules? If so, you might want to take more than 1

to get in the appropriate amounts of flax. I know for my dog (85

lbs), I give him 3-4 capsules a day to be the equivalent of about 1

tbsp.

Somehow I missed this post. I live outside of Toronto,Canada and most grocery

stores (natural food section) and our GNCs and other health type stores sell

both. Check GNC online? Maybe they sell them?

Laurie,

I live in (near borough) I get all my stuff at the

super store Loblaws.

Even though some regular items are a little hgiher in price, I LOVE it

compared to the

other small stores we have here.

Hey! You aren't that far away!!!! (Well relative to lots of others on the

board!) We have a Loblaws Market near us and they have a great selection of

natural foods I love that store! You are right, it is a bit more expensive

for some things, but they have such a good variety of things!

I am actually on my way out to go there now. I am almost out of cottage

cheese...<yikes!>
