Guest guest
about once a week I have Kashi GoLean Crunch and some skim milk (there are a couple of Kashi cereals). I also really like the Southwest Egg Beaters (I can't even tell the difference between them and eggs and they're really quick if you make them in the microwave) with a slice (or two) of whole wheat toast. I almost always have some of the BFL recipe Banana Bread (let me know if you need the recipe) in my cupboard or freezer. those are usually my staples for breakfast. hth steph > HI everyone. Guest guest
Peanut butter toast is a carb and a fat. There's no protein there. I have it sometimes, but I have protein with it, like cottage cheese or a shake. My favorite breakfasts foods are: Myoplex; protein pancakes; oatmeal and ham; scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, and fruit; cottage cheese and fruit; peanut butter toast and cottage cheese; Kashi cereal and protein shake; veggie sausage and fruit; breakfast burrito with eggs, veggie sausage, low-fat cheese, and salsa rolled in a tortilla. I have pictures of most of that: http://skwigg.tripod.com/wow/id3.html Still gagging... HI everyone. I need good breakfast ideas. I hate hard boiled egg whites, and am not too keen on eggs period. Also, I'm starting to really hate cottage cheese too. Any other " breakfast " type ideas? Can I add lowfat cheese to my eggs to help them stick together? How about peanutbutter on toast for a protein/carb combo? I really need yummy options or I'm not going to enjoy the next 11 weeks too much! Thanks! jamie

Guest guest
The pancakes are for every day. They're cottage cheese, oatmeal, and egg whites. All totally authorized. :-) Re: Still gagging... Guest guest
Hi , Do you like Non fat yogurt??? Vanilla is my favorite but Astro makes some really yummy flavours. What about Power Bars? I love power bars, protein and carbs, and they have a variety of flavours (chocolate, peanut butter, apple) Egg Beaters are awesome. It's a version of fake egg yolks. LoL. You can make them fast in the Microwave and they usually have them near the dessert section with pie crusts in the freezer section of the grocery store. What about dinner for breakfast? I know if I get bored, I just start having something I would normally have for dinner instead. That way I have something I like and not to for the sake of not missing breakfast. (I haven't started BFL yet, waiting for my book to arrive, but hopefully some of these suggestions help ) Tink
