Guest guest
Panty liners, heck! I wear a big ol' maxie just in case (haven't needed it yet, but hate to be cold and wet 2 miles from home, lol). The funny thing is, Aunt Flo only visits me maybe once or twice a year (have no idea why, it's always been this way despite 2 kiddies now, docs say not to worry cuz all my parts is there and in workin' order), so I wear these darn things more than I ever have needed to in my life! Since beginning BFL is the only time I have sent hubby to the store for 'em in over 15 years of being together, LMAO. I just told him he lucks out 'cuz I don't have PMS ever, so he can just buy the darn things for me now! He's such a great guy!!!! Bet you all are soooooooo happy I am sharing more now, lol! In the past couple a days you all have learned wwaaaaayyyy too much about me, lol! Sincerely, Donna > > Hi ya , > > Even though I haven't actually wet my pants, I have come dang > close! > > I was running on my treadmill for my cardio (and takin' a pee break > > right before my 3rd level 6), and this was working okay. Guest guest
I have almost coughed up an entire lung while on the DREADMILL...does that count??? As far as peeing my pants, I don't need to be working out to do that! LMAO Holly
Guest guest
I haven't peed but I am suddenly going to places looking & smelling NASTY!! What is up with that? I go to the gym right after work so when I have to stop and get a gallon of milk I am doing it in my stinky sweaty clothes with no makeup and drippin' wet hair! suddenly I find that totally acceptable. Gross! I often have " swamp @ss " (which is code for sweaty underwear!!!) after working out though! picture me...aint I lovely?!!! Re: Danger of hitting a 10 Panty liners, heck! Guest guest
Original Poster (OP): OK, this happen to anyone else? (Even if it hasn't, please -- humor me.) ********************** Yes, it happened to me starting shortly after the birth of my daughter when I was 21. It usually only bothers me occasionally around " that time of month " . The following is a little indelicate, but I hope it helps. I do " kegels " faithfully and bought this evil looking contraption called a Kegel Master 2000 (yes it works, but it looks ridiculously like a mechanical dildo). Kegels will greatly reduce or hopefully cure stress incontinence altogether. Also, make sure that you don't have a mild bladder or yeast infection. Those can add to the problem and make it worse. Even without the KegelMaster 2000 you can do " kegels " anywhere. I do a " practise run " at least once or twice a month. Get on the potty as if you have to go, and then start and stop the flow of urine. Try to increase the time that you " hold " the flow. The muscles that you are using to do this are the kegel muscles, by tensing and releasing you can work them just like any other muscle. Getting them " buff " will help you control the stress incontinence. They are like a " ring " of muscles so they can shut off the flow. It's embarrassing, but it happens to lots of women. For more (and more scientific, better explained infor than mine) info, do a netsearch for " Kegel " and " stress incontinence " Good Luck!! Guest guest
Oh, so it's not enough to work to get buff abs, and buff biceps, and buff quads, now we've got to get these muscles buff too.... Sigh. >Getting them " buff " will help you control the stress incontinence. >They are like a " ring " of muscles so they can shut off the flow. > >It's embarrassing, but it happens to lots of women.
