Guest guest
Well, it's 20 minutes to 8, and I'm waiting for my husband to get up so that we can take pictures! I got on the scale this morning, and I'm down 5 pounds (not that it matters )--it has to be Hussman's routine for pre-picture preparation really works for leaning you out. If you want to check it out, it's in the Q & A section. Anyway, it's pretty cool when you can get to the point when your body becomes an experiment versus just something you live in and try to keep skinny! Last Sunday I weighed 150.5 and took my first free day which ended up being about 1000 calories more than I normally eat. On Thursday, I stopped taking creatine, started taking Nature's Water Balance 3X/day and slightly decreased my carbs. Friday I sharply decreased carbs and yesterday I ate no carbs until after my final cardio session when I had a bowl of fruit loops. The results: 5 pounds down. So, next thing is I'm going to take a shower and put on makeup, wake up my honey and then do a quick full body workout while I sip a glass of wine (to relax me so I smile for pictures as well as possibly bringing out any vascularity). Then I'll eat some fig newtons after the workout (for the carbs) and I should be posting my pics shortly after. I'm so excited! All week I've been thinking about all the things I'm going to eat free week--now I'm not sure. I almost feel like I already ate all that stuff, that's how much I've thought about it! What I think I'll do now is keep eating clean (except for today), just have more of it. I don't really feel all that excited at the thought of a Mc's sausage biscuit, or donuts, or steak--AND I'm PMS'g! Wow. I just know that the desire to compete someday is getting burned into my soul. More to come...! Thanks for all your support these past 12 weeks, here's to the next 12! Life is good.
Guest guest
, Congratulations on your successful 12 weeks. I know it has been hard and at the same time rewarding. I will be starting, again, April 6th. Hopefully with success this time. Good luck on the next 12 weeks. Guest guest
It's all in your control Tisha. That's what I've learned. Granted, I'm a hermit now but I do know it's all in my control. Thanks for the good wishes, > > Well, it's 20 minutes to 8, and I'm waiting for my husband to get > up > > so that we can take pictures! > > > > I got on the scale this morning, and I'm down 5 pounds (not that it > > matters )--it has to be Hussman's routine for pre-picture > > preparation really works for leaning you out.
