Guest guest
It's fractionated coconut oil that has had Tahitian jasmine soaked in it. This also comes in many other scents, I have a few links to some sites, but the traditional Monoi is either plain coconut or Jasmine. I don't know how it would work in CP, but it's WONDERFUL in lotions! HTH! Bast Lotus on the Nile Soapworks Ankh, Udja, Seneb! (Life, Prosperity, Health!) Guest guest
OK here are a few of the sites I have bookmarked. http://www.tahitinaturel.com/eng/cadre.htm http://www.tahiti-iti.com/ Just make sure that what ever Monoi you purchase states " Monoi De Tahiti Appellation D'origine " on it. If it doesn't it's fake and is NOT produced in Tahiti. HTH! Bast Lotus on the Nile Soapworks Ankh, Udja, Seneb! (Life, Prosperity, Health!) Guest guest
Made from plain cocnut oil with the tiare flower infused in it. Not much scent, labeled unscented. The scented version contains a synthetic scent meaning your product can no longer be labeled as " natural " . You can sustitute 76 or 92 cocnut oil for this indicating that Monoi de Tahiti is not made from fractionated coconut oil but rather coconut oil that solidifies (76 or 92). Guest guest
Bekka, another thing I ment to ask you was about a creme you sent me before. I think it was called fusion creme. You said on the label a monoi de tahiti fo. Is this wonderful scent from a fo or is it from the monoi de tahiti oil? I love it. I have to wear it now cuz in the summer when I had it on and went outside, I would attract bees! If it is an added fo, where can I find some??? Thanks!
