I been really good with the eating part but don't think I have ever hit a 10. That is going to be one of my goals for challenge 2. I am happy with the progress I have made even though my work outs could have been better. I'm down 25 lbs after week 10 & only 5 from the goal I set. I may not look it quite yet, but I feel so Grrrrrrrreat!! It's free day but I am not going to go overboard...I'm going out tonight dancing & don't want to go all bloated. Actually I don't think I have gone overboard on any of my free days & maybe that is why I'm making such good progress. Good Luck to all of us who have only 2 more weeks to go and everyone else of course. Two more weeks and I will post my befor & after pics. Scarry, scarry , scarry !!
