Guest guest Posted March 5, 2003 Report Share Posted March 5, 2003 about how my workout kicked my a$$ this morning. No one at my gym ever seems to talk about working out, how's that for weird. Anyway, This W9D3 and I did my new LB routine of squats, lunges, angled calf raises and twist crunches and by gawd that was the longest 42 minutes of my life!!!!!!!!! I had these lofty ideas of how much weight I could use and boy was I ever dissapointed!! I am walking verrry slowly today I do understand now why machine squats are frowned upon--I really had to concentrate on not leaning into the bar as I pressed up. I think 's are the safest way for me to perform this exercise but you defintely have to be focused on your form. Thanks for listening!
