Guest guest Posted February 26, 2003 Report Share Posted February 26, 2003 I'm in wk 8 and finally measured for my wk 7 stats. I've been questioning my BFL routine for a couple wks. (could I be doing more, is it working, etc.) My wt actually increased a couple lbs(it's ok, the scale isn't that important to me)(5'4 " 140lbs). My body fat is down to 20.8% (from 21.1% last wk)(this drop has been fairly consistant each wk), and I'm still losing inches in the important areas (from last wk:waist down 1/4 inch, hips same ,thighs down 1/4 inch, chest down 1 inch, of course! lol.)(down to a 34 C)(I hope it stays that size;) I gained alot of muscle (over 2 lbs; seems like too much). Is this normal for around wk 8? (Maybe water, although TTOM isn't for a couple wks), but fat mass stayed the same. I'll be very happy if this trend continues. Is it working? I'm living by the Book. The numbers are looking good, but I'm just in self-doubt, I guess.... Maybe my body is in the building muscle faze?
