Guest guest Posted November 12, 2005 Report Share Posted November 12, 2005 I think that the message this Judge is sending is that toxic molds do damage your possessions, he can't deny it anymore....but so what if it damages your health, because that costs too much so we won't let it be proven. This same Judge also denied attorney fees before the jury trial has occurred. By the time you reduce your pourous materials to yard sale value, subtract the 40% attorney fees and his 30K in litigation expenses, you'll be lucky to be able to replace a pair of shoes (if you don't owe the attorney more than you were awarded). Also, by the time you get passed around from doctor to doctor for un-and mis-diagnosed lungs and other stuff during and after moving out of the moldy environment and finally figure out that they just aren't gonna fix you and you have to call in the Johanning/Shoemaker type experts, they say you waited too long and probably got it from somewhere else since then. Just close down the site, KC, and everybody give up....we're fighting a losing battle that will just exhaust you during the most horrible of physical and mental times. I wrote my Congressman and bingo...he cares and will be doing a Congressional Inquiry for me. I will also be sending him the stories of some of the members of this group. So...have faith Chris.....things will get better...just waiting through the rough spots is hard. KC, this site is needed and it saved my life from where I was at. Thank god I found this web site when I did. you have no idea what it has done for me. Giving someone HOPE and knowing you are not alone is something I can't put into words. It is all of you that give me the strength to go on. Especially KC and his wife Sharon. If there is such a thing as Angels without wings...it is KC. ( I am positive he will have them later.) I am trying very hard to get this out to the whole public. I am even talking to people I know that live near me to help me with a protest in front of the place I worked. ( Peaceful of course.) I will have to check the laws in that area to see if it can be done. Since I know most of the cops in that area...I doubt I will get arrested.LOL! What do you as a group think and give me some ideas or feedback to make this work. I will of course tip off the media when it will be done before it happens. Fighting On! Tricked by the Home Owners only I didn't want to be like them, Knowing wrongs are being perpetrated against the people and they do no more than feed off us the poor that is. I got sick and tired of being sick and tired. but I made one mistake doing things alone and as we speak one part of the Market is home buyers that know nothing about Mold and it's affects and they don't want them to know Oh the Poor renters mostly those on HUD Housing Voucher. The Voucher means Eviction right or wrong I took it in 2000 disable and each year all the Landlord had to say is I'm selling. Perpetrated fraud on my credit, turn off my medical for 1 month I was homeless for 3 months my list goes on. I'm telling you my story because I feel for the sake of the Children of the world to come we need a solution as Marcie has the good thing about all this, Mold is like a bullet it has no eyes, and Like Nature it knows no color. I call that hope I also wonder what ever happen to all those famous people that has the same problems with mold I call them a Very Good solution, question is where are they!?. Oh what a difference they can make for people like us. Only I'm not as educated or it could be I'm just too ILL to fight back any longer the things they have done to me. Make sure that your local News media is contacted and give them a tip. Also contact your local newspaper and call their tip-line.
