Guest guest
I made mine into a smoothie. Squeezed a whole lemon. A few seeds fell in. Handful of dates as sweeter. Advocado and banana were frozen Used some water no ice. 1 scoop of Sun Warrior Raw Vegan Vanilla protein added. Nice to have a recipe where I already have the ingredients and don't have to make a special trip to buy one item. Tony Re: REMOVE THE PEEL - Green Lemonade Sorbet Huh? She shared with me her favorite sorbet - the one she uses in her demonstrations. SPINACH SORBET:1 banana1/2 lemon (with seeds and peel, cut off thick rind on end)1 cup of raw spinach1/2 avacado peeled1/4 c *sweetener1/2 - 2 cups of ice (start with small amounts, increase as you go to make thicker)Blend on high for 60 to 90 seconds She says it is a smashing hit every time. I'll be making it tonight to see how my picky eaters like it!
