THEY need to come up with the classes and hours to fill in your 180 PLUS the

therapies that she missed. Remember, the Dept of Education is already involved

here.... send them a letter telling them what your district proposed. I would

go ahead and file a complaint that her IEP is not being followed (WHICH they

already know but it would put the district on notice that they HAVE to follow

through with appropriate services. Since both the district and the state are

aware of the problem, I would think they would be a bit more careful.
