Guest guest
I'll take some chicken livers too. Thanks for going ahead and ordering them, Theresa! I'm not sure how many -- I'd have to check a recipe -- what's been your experience as to how many per recipe? And what do you do with chicken feet -- just use for stock? Thanks, ¸..· ´¨¨)) -:¦:- ¸.·´ .·´¨¨)) ((¸¸.·´ ..·´ -:¦:-Mara -:¦:- ((¸¸.·´*

Mara, The NT chicken liver pate recipe calls for a pound of liver. I'm not sure how many livers make a pound. I think they (Praire Wind Farms) were going to package them by the pound for me. I hope so.... Yes, chicken feet are for stock. I'm making a batch of stock right now. I have a feeling this is going to be an especially good batch. IN CASE I HAVEN'T MENTIONED.... The livers and feet will be in NEXT months order. Which I will receive on July 12th. We can divy them up after my pick-up. Unless some of you also orders from PWF, then they could be included in your order. Let me know. Also, could y'all please remind me right before the 12th? I get so caught up with things.... DO I HAVE THIS RIGHT? Angie - liver Tiffani - feet Kathy - liver Mara - liver Therese
Guest guest
Yes, Therese, I'll definitely take 2 or 3 lbs of livers, depending on how many you have to go around. I'm new to this group. How does this process work? Where do we meet? Will they deliver the livers and feet somewhere in the TC? Guest guest
Hi Therese, Just checked my email -- is it still too late for feet? I would LOVE some, I have been dreaming about stock made with a few of those thrown in. By the way, I recently got another 1/16 of a cow (my second) and a duck from PWF, as per your recommendation back in January. I have been 100% pleased with all of their products so far, except some butter I got from them. It was good, but it was salted and just not as good as the sublime MVV stuff. Just let me know about the feet! Cheers, Therese <rkissel@...> wrote: Sorry for the short notice guys!!!!!!!!! I spoke with Ed and Radermacher from Prairie Wind Farms today. She has to do those " by hand " so I need to know soon....since the butchering is tomorrow. I am going to call her in about 2 hours. I'll check the email right before I call her. Again, sorry about the short notice. Therese ---------------------------------
Guest guest
Therese, Put Kathy down for 2-3 pounds of liver and however many chicken feet you can spare. We'll have to figure out how I will get them from you. Thanks for doing this! Kathy
Guest guest
Hi Therese, We would like 2 or 3 #'s of the chicken liver if it works out. Your liver pate was wonderful. Thanks. Pat & Shirley Brosseau --- http://USFamily.Net/dialup.html - $8.25/mo! -- http://www.usfamily.net/dsl.html - $19.99/mo! ---
