Guest guest
This sounds like candy! I bet that if some of the pineapple was frozen it would make a delicious Green Pineapple Sorbet! Anyway, I wouldn't normally put an entire pineapple in a smoothie, but this time it was the best thing to do. 1 pineapple 3 cups spinach 2 bananas 1/2-1 cup yogurt (I think plain or vanilla would work; if you use plain, you might want to add ¼ tsp real vanilla) 2 T. white grape juice concentrate Ice (1-2 cups?) Organic milk (add however much you want) ~ next time I want to try coconut milk My boys went WILD. It is dessert, and a little too sweet for me (NEVER thought I'd say that!). You might want to leave the grape juice concentrate out. Neither of my boys will eat fresh pineapple, but they both love it in smoothies! I LOVE MY VITAMIX!!!! This beats any other kind of dessert they've been given this past week! No artificial colors, no funky chemicals, no hydrogenated oils. It's a nice color, too. I probably won't make this one very often, but the next time I see pineapple for $1.99, I know what I'm going to do with it!

Guest guest
It serves 4. I usually fill the container until it is just about over flowing. With the beet it is reddish brown. Without, it is brown. RenaIf God brings you to it, He will bring you through it.Happy moments, praise God. Difficult moments, seek God. Quiet moments, worship God. Painful moments, trust God.
