Guest guest
Geez, you guys, tell me again how low my body fat will be when I start loosing all the fat in my butt and thighs???? I used to think I was semi-lucky to have the body type that I have--I've always had a small waist, small chest, hour-glass figure bit going.... but now I don't know. I've heard that " tummy fat " is " easier " to get rid of than the lower body stuff. Is that true? UG! I'm feeling so much stronger and fitter, and my abs are doing great... but when will my thighs and calves start shrinking? I need to find a new way to check my body fat because the callipers used on my hip say I'm 16%...but the measurement system says I'm around 28%... all cuz of these thighs! AAAARRRGGGHHH! anyway, thanks for listening. oh. perfect week is going great so far. i'm actually really pumped up about getting my eating way under control and it's totally happening. sigh I'm tired of 15 " calves. --corinna
Guest guest
Corinna, What's your body fat now? I have been wondering the same thing and have posted 3 different times about it. Last week I added hip adductors and hip abductors to my normal LBWO. I am hoping this will help but then someone on this page told me that would make the muscles bigger!!!! I don't know. who seems to know a lot said it happens last - and spot reducing doesn't work. I feel as helpless as you do about it. I have gained half an inch in my thighs since I started this and 8 weeks ago my body fat was 23% and now its 19.7% I have my pics posted too in the folder " Cyndi " and I know that my thighs do NOT look any better. I have no advice for you unfortunately - just know that you are not alone!
