Now we just need to do more sharing to get the rest of you on board! I've got a

very good

culture from a fellow Trad-Fooder (thanks!) and it's making extraordinary KT.

It's so pure

that I feel better within minutes of drinking it and the flavor is delicious.

I'm trying to stay down to about 4 oz a day (in general) but I want to drink it

all day long.

I'm going to find out if there is any known problem from drinking LOTS of it.

I have one extra baby mushroom (12'' across) that I will share with members

(except I'll be

at Acres USA from tomorrow morning until the following Monday night). If 4

people bring

jars, I'll cut it into 1/4s and share it with 4 others. It could be picked up on

Dairy Day.

TIP: I'm using a good flowery-perfumy black tea (Empress of China from Teavana)

that's

too much for me to drink straight but it makes the BEST KT I've ever tasted. Try

this if you

have some of the flavored black teas you aren't crazy about drinking.

TIP: I'm adding the extra KT to my dinner bowls for the dog and cats. They need

it too!

TIP: Glass jugs for sun tea make swell KT brewing pots. I use a huge glass jar

I got from

the tobacco shop. It's perfect.

New use? I drank too much wine at an event over the weekend and found that the

KT

cleared up my head and body quickly the next morning.

This is fun!
