I am almost finished with week 7 of the challenge and plan on

quitting smoking on Monday. I have heard that smoking raises your

metabolism and am wondering if this will effect my progress. I know

that quitting is worth a few pounds if that's what happens but wanted

to know what to expect. Has anyone else quit during their

challenge? If so, what happened? I have quit before and do not get

the munchies like some people so I don't think I will eat more. I

just drink more pop (diet but it still has sodium) and of course am

terrible to be around for awhile.
