I have heard that beets and beets juice is very good for blood pressure reduction Now my question to you .. would beets be used raw in a smoothie or cooked in some way and then added.. I am stumped on this one.. I am trying to explore all kinds of veggies not just the ones that I am most use to and beets turnips and parsnips are several I know nothing about.
