Hi Misty,

I too found it felt like " too much food " at first. After a while, my

body got used to it. I think after a week or so of exercising, and

such, your body will say, " Thank you very much, I'll take all I can

get! " Especially when you really start hitting your 10's while

exercising.

Am I right here ladies?

all that, I felt like I ate way too much after not eating much at all

all week, so Please tell me if that is the right way or wrong way?

Are you saying that you had a sandwich with bread PLUS a sweet

potato? The sweet potato is a better carb choice than the bread,

and I'd suggest you have one complex carb per meal (not 2).

I'm thinking, depending on the carb count in that bread that you had

two carbs not one, and when you're trying to lose weight, you want to

limit the carbs. If you were just wanting to gain muscle, two carbs

at a meal would be ok... according to Bill.
